We have a free VIP car park. There is also free all day street parking available and 2 hour parking which becomes un-metered after 5pm.

There are a number of bus stops right on our doorstep, with options running regularly along Denison and Beaumont Streets. Hamilton Train Station is
at the other end of Beaumont Street, a short stroll away.

Yes, there is access via the carpark entrance, elevator access to the first floor and disabled bathrooms are available on both levels.

We are a family friendly venue, with a children’s menu and highchairs available. Minors are welcome in the venue up until 10pm.

Entry to the venue is free at all times. Some performances in Live at the X are ticketed, however access to the rest of the venue is still free during these shows.

Yes, we cater for a variety of dietary requirements and food allergies. Please let us know your requirements.

We welcome well-behaved dogs out the front on a leash.

We are a casual venue however after 9pm we request you do not wear thongs (inc. sandals or slides), board shorts, hi-vis (inc. steel caps), dirty/ muddy clothing and singlets. Please note that all guest entries are subject to the discretion of our management and security teams.
